Recently, the agency power purchase prices of power grid companies across the country in November 2023 have been announced one after another. In November, 11 regions including Zhejiang, Guangdong, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Qinghai, Shandong, Xinjiang, Fujian and Guangxi implemented peak electricity prices.

    To prepare for the coming winter peak, Heilongjiang and Jilin have begun to implement peak electricity prices in November, with the maximum electricity price difference exceeding 0.9 yuan/kWh. The area with the largest peak-to-trough price difference in November was the five cities in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong, reaching 1.3598 yuan/kWh.

    According to statistics, in November, the peak-to-valley electricity price difference exceeded 0.7 yuan/kWh in 20 regions, an increase of 4 regions compared with October. 23 provinces and cities exceed 0.6 yuan/kWh, see the figure below for details.
